Cooper Dianne Cooper
Au.D.

Dr. Dianne Cooper began her career as a Clinical Audiologist after receiving a Masters of Science degree from the University of South Florida. She completed her clinical fellowship at the University of Miami in 1989. Her ten years of employment at the University of Miami School of Medicine allowed her to advance from a staff audiologist to Clinical Supervisor and thereafter to Faculty in the Department of Otolarygology. In 1997, Dr. Cooper applied for and was awarded a full academic scholarship to the University of Miami School of Business. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration in 1999. This same year she joined her husband, Jonathan Cooper, MD in private practice in Weston, Florida. In 2004, Dr. Cooper received her Doctoral Degree in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Dr. Cooper is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) in Audiology.
Dr. Cooper holds professional memberships with the following associations,

American Speech Language Hearing Association
Dr. Cooper has presented extensively at both professional meetings and at public forums on topics such as amplification, diagnostic procedures, special tests and assistive devices.
Dr. Cooper has extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of hearing and balance disorders for both children and adults. She enjoys the relationships she has developed with patients and their families as they work together to resolve communication problems. She is proud of the Hearing and Balance Center in Weston, which is the only state-of-the-art hearing and balance center in the area
Dr. Cooper is married with two children. She enjoys the outdoors, pilates and spinning. She has completed two triathlons so far. She volunteers at her childrens elementary school and serves on the Board at Temple Beth Emet.

Cooper Jonathan Cooper
M.D.

Jonathan Cooper, MD is a native of New Jersey who received his undergraduate education at Union College in Schenectady, NY. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Computer Science. He then attended New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY and graduated with his MD as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society in 1987. Dr. Cooper then moved to South Florida and served as an intern in General Surgery for a year and then four years as a resident in the Department of Otolaryngology, both at the University of Miami School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Upon completion of his resident training, he sat for and passed his written and oral board exams to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He has been living and practicing otolaryngology in Broward County since 1992.
Dr. Cooper has served in the past as Chief of Surgery at Memorial Hospital West and remains actively involved as an officer of the Medical Staff. He has also been a voluntary Clinical Instructor at the University of Miami School of Medicine. He has had papers published in peer reviewed journals covering topics ranging from cancer of the larynx to sinus disease.
Dr. Cooper was the first full time otolaryngologist in Weston and is a founding member of South Florida ENT Associates, P.A. He has served on its Board of Directors and is currently its President and Chairman of the Board. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the Florida Network of Otolaryngologists. He is fully licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida. He has admitting and consultation privileges at the following hospitals:

Dr. Cooper enjoys the full range of Otolaryngology, treating adults and children in his fully equipped, state of the art office with the help of his well trained and friendly staff.

Ricevuto Alyssa Ricevuto
Au.D.

Dr. Alyssa Ricevuto was born in Miami, Florida and grew up in southern New Hampshire. She completed her Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Ricevuto completed her Doctoral Degree in Audiology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, in Oklahoma City. Her experiences include clinical rotations in the Oklahoma City area at: Hearts for Hearing Cochlear Implant Clinic, The Oklahoma Ear Institute, and the Veteran's Administration Medical Center. She delivered her Grand Rounds final presentation on Connexin 26.
Dr. Ricevuto is licensed by the State of Florida and also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology. Her professional Audiological memberships include: the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Ricevuto is proud to be working with Drs. Jonathan and Dianne Cooper in the new state of the art Hearing and Balance Center in the Weston office as well as at our Pembroke Pines office and is committed to providing the best patient care possible.
